Working with them was a nightmare. Realtor was very lazy and did not keep me informed of the overall progress at all. We signed a purchase agreement in April but by Nov she still did not have a closing date.
I needed a car repair one day but she made me think we were going to close so I didn't get my car fixed. Found out later she knew full well we would not close that day.

If she worked as hard at selling a house as she does trying to force a client to stay in an expired contract, we would all have been better off. Lazy and difficult, dishonest.
After our contract had expired, she refused to take down the listing and did everything she could to make my life a nightmare and keep me from going to a new realtor.
Monica Hillman is by far the best Realtor I have dealt with my whole life. She is polite, kind, and very knowledgeable in her field. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.
Her office threatened me with legal action even though our contract had been expired for a month. She refused to send release documents. She is a very nasty and difficult person to work with.
